Task list, housework, jobs around the house, things to do, chore chart–whatever you want to call it, I need a plan. I can’t live without my chore chart and I’ve been that way my whole life.
If you can keep it all straight in your head, I am INSANELY jealous of you. But if you’re like me and could use a visual reminder and some ideas on how to tackle all the housework, check out my chore chart.
This is the actual one I use. Just clip art arranged in a table on a Word doc. (I’m visual so I need lots of pictures). It doesn’t have to be elaborate to be effective. Just do what works!

Don’t need the pictures, check out this one:

I used to try to cram all the housework into the weekends. Sometimes I had to, especially when I worked outside of the home. But what has work best for me is spreading all of the jobs out throughout the week. Overall it takes a lot less time, the house stays cleaner, and I get my weekend.
So what about you? Do you use a chore chart?
