Here’s what I added:
I stained the backs and seats of the rocking chairs with Rustoleum Summer Oak stain. It dried in about a day and really brought the chairs back to life. The cute pillow covers came from The Pillow People. It’s an Etsy store that I absolutely love. Mandy is super talented and has a ton of different patterns and colors.
I found these silk orchids at Michaels and it gave the table (and the porch!) a pop of color that it needed. Lanterns are a great place to display everything from candles, flowers, or in this case a little bunny for Easter.
Do you remember this table that I painted last week? It fit right in with the rockers. I added a burlap tray from Hobby Lobby so I have a handy place for my gardening gloves and small tools this summer.
I found this old ladder at a really cool antique shop up the road for $15. After I painted and distressed it, the ladder became the perfect place for my little succulent and herbs.
This cute indoor/outdoor rug came from Joss and Main. That website is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
I just love my new porch! It’s my family’s favorite space now and I can’t wait for the weather to stay warm so that we can enjoy it more.
Do you have a favorite outdoor space? Tell me about it in the comments!
