This salt scrub is like fall in a jar. Yum! It smells great, feels great, and just like the Lavender Mint Foot Scrub, it’s super easy to make.
It’s also great for your skin. Epsom salt is known for soothing tense muscles and drawing toxins out of the skin. Cinnamon brings blood and oxygen to the skin’s surface, ginger decreases inflammation, and almond oil nourishes the skin.
1 c. Epsom salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. almond or grapeseed oil
1. Mix epsom salt, ginger and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Add oil and mix well until salt and spices are completely saturated.
3. Transfer to a half pint jar (using a funnel helps a lot).
Use as often as desired. This also makes a great homemade gift for fall birthdays!
