It has been a while, hasn’t it! Forgive me for ghosting you as much as I have the last few months! Turns out, 4 small kids are a lot of work and my focus is right where it should have been, with my family. But now we’re in a pretty good rhythm which means more time to create and share (yay!)
My porch is where I like to experiment with pops of color during fall but indoors, it’s pretty much the classic fall orange, yellow, brown and red that I LOVE. This year, I wanted a change, so I went with all things Halloween! It looks so fun around here! Lots of color which I love. Check out some of the Halloween decor I chose!
Hobby Lobby really came through this year with their Halloween decor. I found this sign, the ghosts and festive feather trees there.
Remember the farmhouse doors that Shara from Woodshop Diaries made for me? They are the perfect place to hang seasonal wreaths. This one I made with deco mesh that I also found at Hobby Lobby. (If you want some instruction on how to create a deco mesh wreath, click here.) What I love about deco mesh is that messy is good. Just play and you’re bound to create something you love!
Between the two doors, I hung some super cute felt witch garland. You’ll never guess where I found it…give up? That’s right, good ol’ Hobby Lobby.
There were a few things that didn’t come from Hobby Lobby if you can believe it. These adorable “Boo” pillow came from Kohl’s, the beautiful orange velvet pillow behind it was a World Market find, and even though the curtains weren’t intentionally for Halloween, they fit in perfectly and came from Pier 1.
