It’s hard to see them, but in the red metal basket on my porch are three burlap and twine Mason jar vases. They are so easy to make and add the perfect rustic touch to a porch, wedding decorations, a summer party, or even for just around the house. If you know how to use glue and can tie a bow, you can make these! Here’s what you need:
Burlap ribbon (2 1/2″ wide)
1 quart Mason jars
Hot glue gun
Cut enough burlap ribbon to wrap around the jar. Glue it in place.
Wrap twine 5 or 6 times around the jar over the burlap ribbon and glue it in place. (Then I cut another piece to make a bow.)
That’s it! Easy right?
