Every once in a while, I just need something different, how about you? Baked Ranch Meatballs are perfect for when you want a recipe that’s a little zesty, but classic enough for the eaters in the family who don’t like a lot of change. You can serve them over spaghetti sauce or you can what I did–toss your cooked spaghetti in olive oil, 1 tsp. dried basil and 1 tsp. minced garlic!
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 packet dry ranch seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into meatballs and place on an ungreased baking sheet about 1″ apart.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
Serve over spaghetti (mixed with spaghetti sauce or tossed with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. minced garlic) and top with Parmesan cheese.
