Baked Italian Parmesan Sliced Potatoes are an easy side dish that go great with everything from steak to fish. These even make a great snack. Making them is simple–throw all of the ingredients in a bag, shake together and bake!
6 potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
5 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
salt to taste
Slice potatoes to 1/4″ to 1/2″ thickness. (You can slice them again in half like I did or leave them as is.)
Put potatoes, Zesty Italian seasoning, olive oil, and bacon in a gallon Ziploc bag and shake until potatoes are coated.
Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet and top with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 450 degrees for 17 minutes until golden brown.
