Nothing beats a good pork tenderloin recipe, especially one that has all the flavors–sweet, salty, spicy, tangy, and that I can make in the Crock Pot. The best part–my whole family loves it! We like it best with brown rice and honey glazed carrots. Ready to get started? Here’s what you need:
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dried, minced onion
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp water
1. Lightly grease the bottom of the Crock Pot and place the pork tenderloin on the bottom.
2. Mix together mustard, maple syrup, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, olive oil, minced onion and garlic powder in a small bowl. Pour over pork tenderloin. Add water.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until tender.
