What is so great about Strawberry Greek Yogurt pie is how easy to make. There’s no baking involved, just mixing and freezing. And the Greek yogurt makes it so creamy…I just love it. Here’s what you need:
Graham cracker pie crust
2 (6 oz) containers strawberry Greek Yogurt
1/2 c. fresh strawberries, pureed
1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip
Using a stick mixer or blender, puree strawberries.
Pour strawberries into a large mixing bowl. Mix in yogurt and Cool Whip until all ingredients are well blended.
Spoon into the graham cracker crust and freeze for 3 hours.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
