I make my granny’s Cherry Cool Whip Salad every Easter and about 3 years ago, my daughter Sophie started calling it ‘Easter Bunny Fluff’. We all liked the name so much that it stuck and now that’s all we call it. It’s easy, it’s yummy and it’s perfect for Easter potlucks. Here’s what you need:
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg. of cherry jello
2 jars maraschino cherries, one drained, one undrained
2 cans crushed pineapple, undrained
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour until mixture sets up.
