My husband and I love quiche. My daughter…not so much. I think it was something about the texture that turned her off. So I started playing around with my recipe and on a whim, I added Bisquik. Now she loves it! It’s easy to make, it works for any meal, and you can add whatever ingredients you want (check out my Bacon Veggie Quiche) Ready to try it? Here’s what you need:
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Bisquik
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (4.5 oz) can chunk chicken breast, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green peppers
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
