Ever come up with a recipe that turned out just right the first time around? Creamy Garlic and Herb Chicken is one of those and it’s also one of my family’s favorites. It is super simple to make, the ingredients are easy to find, and it gives the whole house a savory smell while it’s cooking. What’s not to love about that, right? Here’s what you need:
4 chicken breast halves
1 can chicken broth
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 med. onion, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken breast in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
Add remaining ingredients to the Crock Pot.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve over rice or stuffing.
