Are you a Chuy’s fan? It’s almost embarrassing how much I love Chuy’s. Every time I visit my family in Louisville, we have to stop there to eat. My aunt loves Chuy’s just as much as I do so when she told me she made a copycat recipe of their Creamy Jalapeno Ranch Dip, I was pretty pumped! I couldn’t believe how easy it was to make and it tastes just like the real thing. Here’s what you need:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapenos, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or use as a sauce over your favorite Mexican dish. Enjoy!
