Lil’ Smokies always make a great appetizer, don’t they? And Crock Pot recipes are perfect when you’ve got a crowd to cook for. Throw in some tangy BBQ sauce and sweet grape jelly and you’ve got a delicious, quick and easy appetizer that everyone will love. Everyone makes theirs a little differently, but I like using homemade grape jelly and Jack Daniel’s Hickory Brown Sugar barbecue sauce for mine. The good news is, no matter what you use, it’s going to turn out great! Here’s what you need:
2 pkgs Cocktail Smokies
8 oz jar grape jelly
1 1/2 c. BBQ Sauce
Put Smokies into a small Crock Pot.
Pour in BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Stir well, covering Smokies completely.
Cover and cook on low on 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Keep on warm in Crock Pot until ready to serve.
