Seafood used to intimidate me until I learned how easy it was to bake. Now I make seafood dishes all the time and this Lemon Garlic Shrimp recipe is one of my family’s favorites. The prep work is a breeze, you don’t even have to thaw the shrimp. Just spread them out on a pan, pour the seasoning over them, and bake!
Here’s what you need:
1 lb frozen medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail removed
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1. Spread shrimp out on a baking sheet with raised edges or in a baking pan.
2. Melt butter and mix in spices, then pour over the frozen shrimp. (Don’t worry if it doesn’t spread evenly. It will even out while it bakes.) Drizzle lemon juice over the seasoned shrimp.
4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes, until shrimp is opaque and butter is bubbly.
