Good news! If you can operate a microwave, you can make M&M Easter Bark. That’s what I love about using bark–it’s simple and no cooking skill is necessary. Just melt and pour over your other goodies!
I like to make my Easter Bark pretty thick, so if you want a thinner bark, use a large baking sheet so that it spreads out thinner or take out 2 blocks of bark. Here’s what you need:
1- 24 oz. package Vanilla Almond Bark
1 cup pretzel sticks, broken in half
1 cup Easter M&Ms (with a little extra to sprinkle on top)
Cover a baking sheet with foil. Spread pretzels and M&Ms along the bottom of the pan.
Break bark into squares and melt in a bowl for 30-45 seconds at a time until melted, stirring each time. Pour over pretzels and M&Ms. Use a spatula to even out thick parts and areas that weren’t covered.
Top with M&Ms and sprinkles and let it cool completely.
Once the bark hardens, break it into pieces and it’s ready to eat!
