Glue the sticks to your glass. I only put glue at the bottom of the sticks so that the glue wasn’t obvious when the candle was lit.
If you’re looking for a cheap and easy craft that instantly adds a touch of fall to your house, you will love this one. I came across it at Wayward Girls Crafts and knew I needed to try it. I found the glass and candle at Goodwill, the sticks were free, and I already had glue so the total cost of this project was a whopping $.50.
glass or candle holder
votive or tea light candle
hot glue gun
Find a glass or candle holder that has as close to a straight up and down shape as possible, it’s the easiest to work with. I found this little gem at Goodwill for .25.
Place your tea light or votive in the glass, and you’re done. You can leave it as is or dress it up with rope, raffia or other accessories!
